The Mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, has released footage of the attack on the TV tower in Ukraine's capital. The videos have widely circulated on social media and in news outlets.

The Ukrainian Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that five people have died in the attack on the tower. Among the victims are not tower employees; the casualties are regular passersby.
