Residents of Kyiv Can Leave the City Safely: Russian Defense Ministry Points Out Safe Route

All civilian residents of Kyiv can freely leave the capital of Ukraine. This was stated by the Russian Defense Ministry, adding that the safe route for leaving Kyiv is the Kyiv-Vasylkiv highway.

According to the agency, this direction is open and safe.
