VIDEO: Kadyrov Appeals to Ukrainians
The leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, has addressed the Ukrainian people. In his message, he has stated that no one desires war.
“Dear Ukrainian people, come out and tell those devils who do not understand today to lay down their weapons or leave Ukraine,” he said.
“Do not think that Chechens, Russians, or other nationalities do not love you; we all love you, and we all do not want war,” he added.
