Lavrov Sets Conditions for Resuming Negotiations

The audacity of Western partners characterizes their actions, yet in the case of Ukraine, it has crossed all boundaries. This statement was made by Lavrov during a press conference today. He noted that Russia is ready for negotiations at any time, provided that the Ukrainian armed forces lay down their weapons.

According to him, no one intends to attack the Ukrainian armed forces or pressure them; they should return to their families.
