Russia-Azerbaijan-Turkey Cooperation Format May Form Soon, Says Aliyev

The cooperation format between Russia, Azerbaijan, and Turkey may take shape in the near future, stated the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, as reported by Azerbaijani media.

"It is no secret that a de facto cooperation format is already taking shape, based on common interests, pragmatism, and similarities," he said during a meeting with leaders of Russian media at the TASS editors' club.
