In Which Case is Putin Ready to Negotiate with Ukrainian Leadership: Peskov
“Putin is ready to negotiate with the Ukrainian leadership regarding its neutral status and the refusal to deploy weapons, if Kyiv is also willing to do so,” said Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president.
According to Peskov, Putin is indeed prepared to engage in negotiations.
