How Many Azerbaijanis Have Been Injured by Landmines After the War?

85 civilians who visited the occupied territories of Artsakh have been injured by landmines. All 85 had illegally entered the Armenian territories under Azerbaijani occupation after the end of the 44-day war. According to the press service of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Internal Affairs, 30 of them have died, while the remaining 55 sustained injuries of varying degrees.

The Ministry has once again reminded citizens of the dangers of visiting unexploded areas. It is also noted that, in addition to civilians, 117 soldiers have been affected by landmines, with 7 of them reported dead.
