Video: Police Disperse Protest Against Azerbaijani Delegation, Arrests Made

The Police of the Republic of Armenia impeded a protest action against members of an Azerbaijani delegation. This was reported by the Youth Union of the Armenian Revolutionary Federation (ARF).

It is noted that more than ten members of the Union have been "unlawfully detained."

“Earlier today, the Armenian police used unlawful and disproportionate force to disrupt the protest organized by the ARF Youth Union near the Armenia Marriott hotel, aimed at the members of the Azerbaijani delegation that had arrived in Armenia. Currently, more than ten of our members are being held in custody,” the statement read.
