Volunteers from Crimea Arrive in Donetsk and Luhansk

A group of volunteers from Crimea has arrived in the self-proclaimed Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics to provide assistance to local residents and to protect their right to self-determination. This was announced by Andrey Kozenko, coordinator of the Russia-Donbass Committee.

"Donbass continues to remain on the front line, suffering from brutal armed aggression by Ukrainian militants... We must help and protect the right of the residents of Donbass to self-determination," the leader of the committee's words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

It is worth noting that the self-proclaimed republics have announced the evacuation of civilians, as well as a general mobilization.
