Global Disruptions in Telegram

Users of the Telegram messenger around the world have reported disruptions in service. This is evidenced by data published on February 21 on the Downdetector website, according to Izvestia.

According to statistics, 47% of users are unable to connect to the service, 28% cannot send messages, and in 25% of cases, the mobile application does not function properly.

In about 20 minutes, the website received 183 complaints regarding disruptions in the operation of the popular messenger.
