The Head of Russia's Investigative Committee, Alexander Bastrykin, has ordered an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the deaths of civilians in the Donbass region, according to the agency's website. This information was reported by RIA Novosti.
According to the source, two civilians were killed on the morning of February 20 as a result of an attack by Ukrainian forces in the self-proclaimed Lugansk People's Republic, near the settlement of Pionerskoye. Additionally, a civilian sustained a concussion due to shelling in the direction of Kominternovo.
