The situation in Donetsk is calm despite the evacuation declared by the authorities and the deterioration of the situation along the contact line, reports aRIA Novosti correspondent.

Food establishments and shopping centers in the city remain open.

Recall that on Friday, the leaders of Luhansk and Donetsk, Leonid Pasechnik and Denis Pushilin, announced the evacuation of residents to Russia's Rostov region due to the increasing threat of military operations.
