Situation in Donbass Approaching War-Like, Says Donetsk Leader

The leader of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic, Denis Pushilin, has declared that the situation in Donbass is unfortunately approaching a war-like state. He made this statement during an interview on the 'Russia 24' television channel.

“Unfortunately, yes,” he said in response to a relevant question. According to him, Ukraine could launch an attack on Donbass at any moment, emphasizing that Kyiv is investigating the 'weak points' for infiltrating saboteurs into Donetsk's territory.

Earlier, a representative of Donetsk People's Militia, Eduard Basurin, reported that on February 18, Ukraine attempted to carry out sabotage operations three times. He stated that around 200 shells and mines were fired towards Donetsk in the morning.
