Biden to Deliver Special Address
U.S. President Joe Biden will deliver a speech today regarding the ongoing situation surrounding Ukraine. The President is expected to provide urgent information on our continuing efforts in deterrence and diplomacy, as well as on the increase in Russia's military presence at the Ukrainian border, according to the updated schedule released by the White House press service.
The address is set for 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
