Property of Surik Khachatryan and His Family Seized

“As part of the process for the confiscation of property of illegal origin, examinations concerning the properties associated with Surik Khachatryan, his wife, their two sons Tigran and Tirdat Khachatryan, and two other related individuals have been completed. Based on the data collected prior, a petition has been submitted to the court for the purpose of imposing a ban on the property of Surik Khachatryan, his wife, their sons, and two more related individuals. As a preliminary measure for the lawsuit, the examination has been completed, and the mentioned individuals have been notified and summoned to the prosecutor's office to familiarize themselves with the materials of the examination and to express their views on them,” Abrahamyan clarified.
