Kyiv Requests an OSCE Meeting Within 48 Hours
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has announced that Ukraine is demanding a joint emergency meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council and the OSCE Forum for Security Co-operation. Kuleba made this statement on his Twitter page on Wednesday, February 16.
The Ukrainian Foreign Minister insists that his country wants to use OSCE tools to "de-escalate tensions caused by Russia's military activities near Ukraine's borders." Kuleba specified that Ukraine is requesting the meeting to be held within 48 hours.
