Boris Bakhshetyan to Remain in Custody
Judge Boris Bakhshetyan will remain in custody. This was reported by lawyer Arsen Sardaryan.
“The Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction, presided over by Judge A. Shiroyan, rejected the request to replace the custody measure applied to Boris Bakhshetyan, a judge of the Syunik Regional Court, with bail,” he noted.
