Shirak Regional Rescue Department Head Aleksan Gyozalayan stated that there have also been no reports of collapses in Gyumri. This was confirmed by the governor of Shirak Province, Nazeli Baghdasaryan.
In Gyumri, there have been partial rockfalls in emergency buildings, particularly in the building located at 26 Antarravan Street. Emergency Situations Ministry staff are on-site.
Calls registered in the emergency medical services are mainly due to people's stress and elevated blood pressure, which, according to doctors, is attributed to fear.
Two neighborhoods in Gyumri are currently without electricity, as well as the communities of Marmashen and Haikavan. Restoration efforts are underway. Power was restored at 23:50.
