Operations Suspended at Bakery in Yerevan

As a result of inspection measures by the Food Safety Inspection Body of Armenia's Yerevan center, the production activities of a bakery owned by individual entrepreneur Armen Karapetyan have been suspended.

The basis for the suspension includes identified violations: the production, auxiliary, and household sinks have not been cleaned or renovated, the equipment and tools in direct contact with food have not undergone proper cleaning and disinfection, and necessary measures have not been taken to prevent the entry of animals and insects into food preparation, processing, storage, and transportation areas.

A deadline has been set for the elimination of the violations.
