Body of 23-Year-Old Inmate Discovered Hanging

On February 9, at around 22:45, while conducting a routine patrol in the residential area of the RA Ministry of Justice's "Sevan" penitentiary, staff members noticed the body of inmate G.H., born in 1999, hanging with a sheet in the gym.

To clarify the circumstances of the incident, a criminal case has been initiated at the Kotayk regional investigative department of the RA Investigative Committee, and a forensic examination has been appointed.
