The UK is set to send an additional 850 soldiers to Estonia. This was announced by the British Ambassador to Estonia, Ross Allen.

"This will double the British contingent in the Republic," he said.

The soldiers will be stationed at a military camp in the city of Tapa.

Media outlets remind that last year, British soldiers were involved in at least three incidents in Estonia:

• They were involved in a brawl with locals over a girl. The incident occurred on May 15, 2021, in the city of Tapa.
• A fight broke out on a train.
• One soldier began to stutter from the cold and filed a lawsuit against the Ministry of Defense.
