“The other day, I took public transport, and the containers with hand sanitizers are so dirty that people don’t want to use them,” Yerevan Mayor Hrachya Sargsyan stated during a governmental meeting today.
“Remove them, hold a competition to procure proper ones, and clean the dispensers regularly… For instance, it was taped with Scotch tape, bent, and when you press it, it falls over,” Sargsyan noted.
