Video: A 70-Meter High Bridge Was Demolished in Germany

In the North Rhine-Westphalia region of western Germany, a 70-meter high old Autobahn bridge has been demolished for safety reasons. Approximately 120 kilograms of explosives were used for the demolition. This was reported by The Guardian.

According to The Guardian, the controlled explosion had to be carried out with great care to avoid damaging the new bridge that was constructed next to the old one. This is the first time a bridge of such height has been detonated in Germany.
