New Minister Appointed in Artsakh

On February 7, the President of the Republic of Artsakh, Arayik Harutyunyan, signed a decree to relieve Lusine Garakhanian from her position as the Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of the Republic of Artsakh, following her request.

Anahit Hakobyan has been appointed as the new Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of the Republic of Artsakh.

In another decree from the country's leadership, Lusine Garakhanian has been appointed as an advisor to the President of the Republic of Artsakh.
