Ruben Melikyan, the president of the NGO "Legal Path," recently posted on Facebook about an ongoing situation where the Armenian Facebook community has taken on the role of judges.

For several days now, users have strongly condemned a "Pakistani woman" for allegedly making a false report concerning violence and humiliating treatment of her child in a kindergarten to supposedly obtain asylum in Germany.

Some respected individuals have joined the campaign, prompting me, in an effort to avoid compromising my conscience, to present a few known facts.

The source of the information is the mother, who spoke with me about two months ago. Firstly, the mother of the child is Armenian and the father is Pakistani. They are divorced, and the father, who no longer resides in Armenia, is attempting to legally take custody of the children from the mother.
