Russians Can Obtain US Student Visas in Armenia and Two Other Countries

The US Embassy in Moscow has advised Russian citizens looking to obtain student or academic visas to apply at US diplomatic missions in Kazakhstan, Armenia, and Belgrade, due to limited consular operations in Moscow.

According to a statement on the website of the American diplomatic mission, the US State Department has established several points for processing non-immigrant visa applications for residents of Russia, due to strict restrictions on consular activities in Moscow.

The embassy's announcement indicates that applications for student, academic, and government-funded exchange program visas can be submitted at the US embassies located in Kazakhstan, Belgrade, and Yerevan.
