Journalist Grisha Balasanyan posted a photo on his Facebook page, accompanied by the following comment: “Do you remember how, years ago, a customs officer was dismissed for allegedly disrespecting the flag? Now, tell me, which high-ranking official should be humiliated to ensure first-grade students in a community can respect the flag under these conditions?
