Defense Attorneys of Judge Bakhshiyan Submit Recusal Motion Against Judge Arghamanyan

In the general jurisdiction court of Yerevan, at the Ajapnyak seat and presided over by Judge David Arghamanyan, the defense attorneys submitted a recusal motion against Judge Arghamanyan at the start of the hearing regarding the National Security Service investigator's request to select custody as a measure against Boris Bakhshiyan, a judge of the first instance court in Syunik region (his powers have been suspended).

The court has retreated to the deliberation room to make a decision, which will be announced tomorrow at 10:00 AM.

Bakhshiyan's constitutional rights are at stake.
