Russian Concerns Rise as Experts Arrive in Armenia: 'Hraparak'

'Hraparak' newspaper reports: 'Recently, Armenian media have been alerting that Russia is concerned about anti-Russian sentiments in Armenia, which, according to various surveys, have notably increased after the war. In this context, a group of experts from Russia has arrived in Armenia, including individuals connected to government circles and journalists.

In recent days, they have been holding intensive meetings with representatives of the pro-Russian segment in Armenia, discussing ways to improve Armenian-Russian relations and mitigate anti-Russian sentiments. However, there are reports that during these meetings, the idea of a new union state is being propagated, and Armenian figures are being urged to carry out propaganda in that direction.

A meeting is also expected with members of the Artsakh Parliament, and a roundtable discussion is scheduled for February 4, during which issues of deepening bilateral relations and cooperation will be discussed.'
