19 Military Units, 104 Border Posts: What Work Has Azerbaijan Done at the Armenian Border

The State Border Service of Azerbaijan has deployed more than 100 combat border posts along the borders with Armenia. This is stated in the agency's report, as reported by Azatutyun.

It mentions that in 2021, 19 new military units were opened at the Armenia-Azerbaijan borders, as well as 104 combat border posts, including the "Eyvazli" and "Kazanchi" border checkpoints.

According to the source, after the 44-day war, "Azerbaijani border guards have fully taken control of the 132-kilometer border with Iran-Azerbaijan."
