RA Human Rights Defender Arman Tatoyan writes on his Facebook page: “The Azerbaijani authorities always speak with threats when discussing peace with us – threats to eliminate and devastate our country. This is not merely rhetoric, but the state policy of hatred that has persisted for years (education, culture, sports, etc.), and it is the real source of human rights violations and war crimes.

We need real guarantees of our rights; everything else is an illusion.
P.S. We have also recorded the recent speeches of the leader of our neighboring country, highlighted the parts related to hatred and animosity towards us, and we will send them to international bodies.”
