Putin-Johnson Phone Call Takes Place
Russian President Vladimir Putin held a phone conversation with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson. They exchanged thoughts on the Ukrainian crisis and the context of security guarantees for the Russian Federation, as reported by the Kremlin's press service.
It is noted that the Putin-Johnson phone call was originally scheduled for yesterday, but it was later revealed that it would take place today. Yesterday, Johnson spoke with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.
During the call, Johnson and Zelensky discussed the imposition of sanctions against Russia if it invades Ukraine.
