Judicial Powers of Judge Boris Bakhshiyan Suspended
The powers of Boris Bakhshiyan, a judge of the Syunik Regional Court, have been suspended. The Council of Justice has published the relevant decision.
According to the decision, “Suspend the powers of Boris Hrant Bakhshiyan, judge of the Syunik Regional Court of First Instance, until the conclusion of the criminal proceedings initiated against him.”
