Who are the first passengers on the flight to Istanbul?
According to the "Zhoghovurd" newspaper, the first flight of FlyOne Armenia airline from Yerevan to Istanbul will take place on February 2. Tickets are starting at €90, or about 50,000 AMD. It has been reported that there are still available tickets at this time.
On February 4, the ticket price will slightly decrease to €69, but it will later increase again to €90.
We learned that among those traveling to Istanbul are businesspeople, especially traders who are ready to initiate their commercial relations with Turkish partners following the lifting of the ban on the import of Turkish goods.
It is worth noting that FlyOne Armenia, owned by MP Khachatur Sukiasyan's family, will begin non-scheduled flights on the Yerevan-Istanbul-Yerevan route twice a week starting February 2. Additionally, on January 10, the Civil Aviation Committee of Armenia granted permission to the Turkish Pegasus Airlines to operate non-chartered flights on the Istanbul-Yerevan-Istanbul route.
Two flights are scheduled for February 2 and 5, but from February 7 to March 27, the airline will perform three flights weekly. The ticket price offered by the Turkish airline for February 3 is about 54,000 AMD.
