Latvia Announces Deployment of Military Instructors to Ukraine

Latvia will send military instructors to Ukraine. This was reported by TASS. The statement was made by Latvian Prime Minister Krišjānis Kariņš.

“Today, during a government coalition meeting, we politically agreed that we want to provide assistance to Ukraine again by sending Latvian military instructors who will work alongside Canadian instructors,” he stated.

On January 21, the Latvian Ministry of Defense announced that it would provide Ukraine with Stinger anti-aircraft missile systems, personal weapons, and dry food.
