Russia Expands List of EU Representatives Banned from Entering the Country

Moscow has decided to expand the list of EU representatives whose entry into Russia is prohibited, based on the principle of reciprocity. This is stated in a report from the Russian Foreign Ministry, as conveyed by TASS.

It is noted that the Russian Federation has repeatedly warned the EU regarding the unlawful use of unilateral sanctions in international legal relations. In connection with the decisions adopted by the EU, Russia reserves the right to take retaliatory actions.

The foreign ministry indicated that the blacklist includes leaders of European private military companies operating in various regions of the world, representatives of law enforcement agencies, and members of legislative and executive bodies from several EU countries who bear personal responsibility for promoting anti-Russian policies.

The ministry emphasized that the EU continues its counterproductive and foolish policy of unilateral sanctions and called on Brussels to heed the increasingly vocal demands of reasonable Europeans to abandon such policies.
