US President Joe Biden has announced the upcoming deployment of troops to Eastern Europe. According to the President of the United States, there will be "not a very large number" of military personnel. This was reported by Telegram channels.

Earlier, the Pentagon had announced its readiness to send 8,500 troops. Meanwhile, CNN, citing sources, reports that tensions are rising between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky and the Biden administration due to disagreements.

It is reported that the Ukrainian president is tired of the United States' "excessive attention" to the Russian threat. In his opinion, this is causing unnecessary panic within the country. The day before, Zelensky incorrectly referred to the departure of diplomats from several countries in Ukraine.

He emphasized that amid the rising tensions, Kyiv needs the presence of allies within the country.
