Azerbaijan is Ahead: Tigran Abrahamyan

Deputy of the National Assembly Tigran Abrahamyan writes on his Facebook page: “The process of reforms in the armed forces is stalled, and significant changes and revisions are not being made in the army. The changes taking place in the Artsakh Defense Army are several steps ahead of Armenia, but they need to continue; otherwise, we will not achieve the desired results. Azerbaijan has initiated a process to take away territories and is ahead in terms of reforms, creating a serious threat for Armenia and Artsakh.”
