Araik Harutyunyan's Test Result is Known: He Met with Nikol Pashinyan
Armenian President Araik Harutyunyan has undergone a coronavirus test. The president's press secretary, Lusine Avanesyan, stated this in an interview with Auroranews.
“The president has taken a coronavirus test, and the result is negative,” the press secretary noted.
It is worth mentioning that on January 24, a consultation was held under the leadership of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and President Araik Harutyunyan. The day before, the government had announced that Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had contracted the coronavirus. The Prime Minister has self-isolated as per established norms, and the illness is asymptomatic.
Additionally, it is recalled that on January 22, the wedding of Defense Minister Suren Papikyan took place, attended by the governmental elite, led by the Prime Minister.
Earlier, we reported that the reception dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the armed forces, scheduled for January 28 at the “Dvin” hotel complex, has been postponed due to the detection of coronavirus among several high-ranking officials from the army leadership, including the Chief of the General Staff, as well as some invited individuals.
