Accident Caused by Black Ice Leaves Vehicle Upside Down; One Injured

The traffic police's 2nd special company, 6th platoon senior investigator Vahe Kostanyan is preparing materials regarding the car accident that occurred on January 22 in the Syunik region. On that day, around 11:00 PM, 47-year-old Armen Hovhannisyan, a resident of Syunik, lost control of his VAZ 2121 vehicle due to black ice in the Baghaberd neighborhood, collided with iron guardrails, and overturned outside of the traffic lane.

According to shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, H. Hovhannisyan was taken to the Kapan medical center with bodily injuries. Reports indicate that driver H. Hovhannisyan works as a security guard at Vamaqs LLC.
