This pointless new headache is harming businesses, limiting freedom of movement, and infringing on personal privacy. AND AS A CONTRADICTION, its effectiveness has not been proven at all. In any case, in protest, I will abstain from visiting any 'restricted' institution for 7 days. The only exception is the library, as there is no alternative.
