Updated COVID-19 Data: Increase in Cases Recorded

As of January 22, the Republic of Armenia has confirmed 940 new cases of COVID-19, bringing the total number of infections to 350,897.

According to the National Center for Disease Control and Prevention of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Armenia, no new deaths from COVID-19 were recorded in the last 24 hours, maintaining the death toll at 8,026.

However, one death due to other diseases has been registered, increasing the total number of such cases to 1,520. The overall death toll stands at 9,546.

In the past day, 127 patients have recovered, making the total number of recoveries 334,109. Currently, 7,242 patients are receiving treatment.

During the last day, 5,812 tests were conducted, bringing the total number of tests performed to 2,669,792.
