COVID-19 Situation in Artsakh

As of January 21, a total of 73 tests were conducted, resulting in 9 new cases of COVID-19 in Artsakh. Currently, 35 infected individuals are receiving inpatient treatment. Doctors assess the condition of 4 patients as extremely serious, while 23 are in serious condition. Mild cases are being treated on an outpatient basis.

Throughout 2022, a total of 1,334 citizens were tested for laboratory detection of coronavirus, with 99 positive test results recorded.

The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh once again urges the public to adhere to guidelines to avoid new outbreaks and to overcome the coronavirus infection as soon as possible. It is important for the population to get vaccinated against COVID-19 at the earliest opportunity to protect their health and that of their loved ones.
