Earthquake in Taiwan
An earthquake with a magnitude of 5.5 occurred in the Pacific Ocean, near the eastern coast of Taiwan. This was reported by the seismological service of the Chinese island.
The tremors were felt across three counties. The epicenter of the disaster was located 66.5 km from the coastline, with a focal depth of 55.4 km. There have been no reports of casualties, damage, or tsunami threats.
