VIDEO: Illegal Weapons and Ammunition Discovered

The Main Criminal Police Department received information indicating that a 33-year-old resident of Tigran Mets Avenue was keeping illegal weapons and ammunition in his Mercedes vehicle. After verifying the authenticity of the operational data, the suspect was detained on January 10 and brought to the Erebuni division of the police along with his car.

During the search, police discovered two pistols, two rounds for a sound grenade launcher, F-1 type grenades with fuses, a swine knife, a hunting knife, a night vision telescope, and 72 rounds of 7.62 mm caliber ammunition, all of which were confiscated.

A forensic examination has been appointed. Circumstances are being clarified through the investigation.
