VIDEO: A bag thrown from a building in Russia nearly killed a child in a stroller

In St. Petersburg, a bag filled with construction debris was thrown from a high-rise building window and fell just as a couple was passing by with a child in a stroller.

The incident was captured by security cameras, and the video later surfaced online. It occurred in the yard on Srednerogatskaya Street. Judging by the footage, the parents were taking a walk near the entrance with their child in the stroller when suddenly the bag filled with construction materials fell just a few centimeters away from the stroller and burst open.

The authorities have already identified the person who decided to dispose of the trash this way.
