Video: A Group of Robbers Arrested in Almaty

A group of robbers was arrested while attempting to escape the city of Almaty. This was reported by the ORDA Telegram channel.

Police in the Medeu district apprehended five natives from the Mangistau region. Various stolen items from commercial establishments were discovered in their possession.

The detainees confessed that they had acquired these items through theft.

Additionally, the confiscated items included noise grenades, helmets, bulletproof vests, and shields belonging to military personnel.

An investigation has been launched under Article 272 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan for organizing and participating in mass disturbances, as well as Article 188 for the secret theft of another's property. The criminal case will be sent to court.
