6 Traffic Accidents in 4 Days: Casualties Reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations

The National Crisis Management Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia reported that from January 4 to 8, they received notifications regarding 6 traffic accidents that occurred in various regions of the country.

According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the accidents were mainly related to incidents in Yerevan and the cities of Gyumri in Shirak Province and Talin in Aragatsotn Province.

Rescue teams arriving at the scene de-energized the vehicles, shut off the gas cylinder valves, carried out road cleaning works, and cordoned off the area. As a result of these accidents, 4 people were injured and 2 were killed.
