The NSS Examines Only One Case of State Treason During the 44-Day War

The National Security Service (NSS) has reported that to date, only one criminal case regarding state treason during the 44-day war has been investigated. This information was provided by the NSS in response to a query from Sputnik Armenia.

In a statement, they noted, "A criminal case has been initiated and investigated in the investigative department regarding the incident of the 44-day war under Article 233 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia." The case has been sent to court, and criminal proceedings are underway against two defendants.
