Accident Involving Over 10 Vehicles on Yerevan-Yeraskh Highway Leaves Injured

Last night, an emergency situation persisted for over an hour on the Yerevan-Yeraskh highway. According to photojournalist Gagik Shamsyan from the scene, due to heavy snowfall and the lack of road clearance, over 10 vehicles have collided at various sections, resulting in injuries.

As a result of the accidents, several vehicles have crashed into metal barriers, some are located in the middle of the road, while others have left the roadway and ended up in the fields.

Representatives from insurance companies have promptly arrived at the site, however, as of now, there has been no response from the road maintenance authorities. Notably, some vehicles were equipped with summer tires.

The police are working to identify the drivers and the injured parties.
